This mob should drop the Forge Hammer of Dalnir every time. His loot drops are Sarnak Enforcer [Common], Tattered Leg Wrappings [Rare].

Various comments are made on his dual-wielding when he has the enforcer, and not DW'ing when he has the legs (using only the hammer).

I've been camping undead blacksmith today and he has popped 4 times with just the hammer and no other items...are the items other than hammer just really rare or something?

I got the legs to spawn first time campin/first time poppin. probably got pretty lucky.
