Camping and logging on another char

Anyone know why if I camp to desktop, then after EQ client is fully closed, I open another and log into a different account, then when I hit Enter world I immediately disconnect?

But if I camp, then wait 1 minute, then try to log on a different account it works fine. Obviously the work-around is to just wait a minute, but I'm wondering if there is an actual fix to the issue. Thanks.

Btw, not sure if this is a 'bug' so didn't want to post in Bug Forum yet.

I think it has something to do with multiple accounts from the same IP. It is not allowed unless you have an exemption. Perhaps it is something technical like letting the DNS clear or refresh it's cache? Iono.

Yeah, it takes a little for the servers to recognize it when you log off one account.
