![]() I've used, myhealth pal. Lifesum. And Samsung Health.
Samsung is pretty good if u don't give a shit about tracking actual nutrients. And just want to track activity, exercise, so is Google fit. Both myhealth and lifesum look like they've turned to shit as far as the free versions. I don't care about 100% accuracy. I just want to see a general sense of mineral, iron. And over all calories. I think I came pretty close to dying from fasting and I had zero recovery from like three weeks of no food and terrible stress, physical activity with no recovery or nutrition to repair muscles. Ended up in the ER. | ||
