mana not regening

Just installed on a new pc and mana is not regening. Also if I click on anything it goes to a small screen that doesnt show everything.

Do you have drink? Mana will stop regenerating if you do not have any drink on your character and you get the "You are thirsty!" messages.

I cant regen mana to summon some. Do i need to buy some drink?
