hey all, I've been gone for a while but I was wondering-- are hybrid exp penalties still in existence?

They're going to be in for a long time. They were removed in early 2001, if that gives you any indication...

I believe that the hybrid penalty (not the class penalty) was removed after Velious was released but before Luclin. All this is from memory, so forgive me it is is a little off. The bottom line is, the hybrid penalty will probably come off, but that is not certain, and it won't be for quite some time as someone else has already said.

so should shared exp penalty still be in the game? i heard they took that out 7 months after original launch, or is that what yer speaking of durring velious?
