NPC Spawn Issue: Naygog Mitope Should be Dark Reflection

I believe this guy in Ak'anon is supposed to be the evil warrior guildmaster and should belong to the Dark Reflection faction. I found out that he is not currently Dark Reflection when he ruthlessly murdered me while I was looking for Necromancer spells.

Illia says he is on Dark Reflection faction. Makes sense to me that all evil guildmasters in the same guild hall should be allied, for sure!

Question to the OP: how do the good-guy warriors in Ak'anon treat you? They are on the Gem Chopper faction.
