How do you raise NK gypsy faction?

I really want to be able to do the lightstone quest with my level 8 DE necromancer on green, but, as I found out the hard way, they dont like me enough to be able to use them to quest. She just kind of ate the 4 greater lightstones I gave her.
Is there a way to up the faction above duboius enough, without getting a beast form cast on me?
