Game Mechanics: Not Able to Use Invis Potion While Trading

I've been doing the Note to Neclo Quest in Qeynos Hills the past couple days and today I hand over the note but I cannot click a cloudy potion while trading. This is about the only way to start working on Order of Three faction when you're extremely KoS. I was able to use a cloudy potion then click trade yesterday but not today. I've reset my PC but it's not on my end. I can right click potions any time except during trade today. I've even killed off Neclo to reset him but I'm still stuck.

Hotkey it’s inventory slot and use it from there.

Ok this time it worked. I hotkeyed the inventory slot but I had to pick up the potion from the hotkey with a left click then put it back then right click. It worked at least. I'll try repeating it. Thanks jimjam.

Persistence pays off. I needed to left click pick it up and place it back down and push the hotkey and repeat that process sometimes twice or even a half dozen times before I would invis. Sometimes I had to zone and come back and repeat.

I just did a frustration quit. Just couldn't get the cloudy potion to fire off.
