Can't connect to EMU BLERGH!

Heyo! Came home from work last night looking to burn more than a few hours but couldn't connect. Dinked around with it for a while and couldn't get it to budge, so I figured I would go for a reinstall. Now after changing the log in info and the parameters for the launcher it wont connect to EMU. It just keeps trying to patch EQ. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On a side note... I've followed the directions on the EMU site and reinstalled so many times I know it all by memory now.

you need to re-do this. Specifically, Step 4 and 5. Then go here and start at the part that tells you to back up the zone files (.eqg files).
