Unverified account - help me! I've been trying to get this fixed for years!

I'm really hoping someone can steer me in the right direction because i'm pulling my hair out. I've had a P99 forum account for over a decade, and I still have the original email address. When i log into the P99 forum under that account, I can't post anything and can't access my loginserver details because it says I have an "Unverified account."

I'm totally shackled here. I've tried the "Email Activation Codes" page on the forum, but never received an email.

I tried to figure out how to fix this a few years ago, and here i am again, trying to figure it out. Is there any way to reach an administrator?
