You previously tried to start p1999 but your characters account was banned due to a rule violation.

I asked you to pm me a TLDR of the rules and in exchange I'd donate you some hand me downs to assist you in getting restarted.

In response to your question - I'm asking you to private message me a summary of the server rules so I can be sure you've read and understood them and as such won't get banned again and lose the items I gift you.

The offer still stands should you have restarted on a new character / forum account. Just pm me the requested tldr of the rules and let me know your character name, server and availability and I will try give you some starter gear.
