Crashing while camping? Fix!

Sorry whoever posted the original solution - I forgot, but it was deep Google madness.

I know a bunch of you have this issue, so thought I'd repost:

EQ shortcut Properties -> compatibility tab -> WinXP SP3

Voila - never crash again in between /camp

Make sure it's a shortcut - not the actual exe

Are you trying this on the Launchtitanium.bat file? If thats the case Windows will not have a compatibility tab for batch files

You can set the compatibility mode to eqgame.exe and it will work even if you launch with the bat file (it calls eqgame.exe and will use its settings)

Alternative fix is never logging out. <3
