Has the Pyzjn Spawn Cycle changed since 2021?

I've been timing the repops and the pops seem to be only roughly 6m not 11m as the wiki says. Did it change since last year?

Most stuff in outdoor zones will be on the zone wide spawn timer

no clue, saw it was 8pm i was in QHH figured fuck it, checked track at 9pm and poof a pzyjin with a gbs and noone else in zone
