I dont know how much it is worth but probably less than a 2h sword (normal steel) at the vendor 22PP

i could give like 12pp min

Could just get a smith to make you a forged 2hander, basically exact same stats, mats are roughly 7ppish I think.

I'd suggest you save 10pp more and buy a Bone-Bladed Axe/Claymore off of someone, since it's magic. 20-25pp should be fair.
