Forum and Game Login Credentials the same?

Hi - hoping to get some help. Obviously I've got my forum credentials (user name and password) sorted out, but when using the same information to access my account, which I haven't played in quite a while, I can't login.

Can anyone advise me on how to reset a password for the game and not the forum?
