Game Mechanics: Mobs with static spawn points agro not clearing.

Yeah....

So I agro the dragoons in OT. I wait for them to return to their spawn point (which is a long wait by the way) and then wait some more. They have 100% all returned to their spawn points and when I stand up, I get a 5 dragoon emote saying they are coming to kill me from the other side of the outpost.

If they have a spawn point, the agro should clear once they have safely returned to it. Not working~

Which 5 dragoons are static? At night time a bunch of them roam, so I find it very unlikely that you got only statics.
