GLS turn in for Concordance of Research

ok im rading some conflecting reports on who you can turn this into. I know for a fact the gypsie camp in NK is a turn in spot i used their on live. what i have been reading here lately is that any gypsie camp will take them. Any truth to this i curently have severl af both greater and just plain light stones and am hunting in OAsis so i was going to turn them in when i got on tonight just was wondering if anyone can conferm this is true? I have also read that only NK gypsies take them.

At the very least, they can be turned in at north karana and south desert of ro. I have used both of those personally.

You get crap xp for it. I remember live giving 2+ blue at level 12-14ish and here it gives only a couple ticks.
