NPC Spawn Issue: Highkeep Bards & Nobles

the spawn time on "a noble" in HK appears to be much longer (23 mins ) than on live (6 mins).

When about 3 minutes have passed, kill the remaining noble. Once this noble is dead, the room is split and you are ready to take the bards the same way. The bards spawn much less frequently, so they are easier to camp

Nobles are on a 6 minute timer.
Isabella is on a 6 minute timer.
Bards are on the same spawn timer as the guards - 18 minutes. Use the noble spawns to keep track, 3 noble spawns to every 1 bard.

The bards seem to spawn correctly but use their charm spell which i dont remember from live myself (same with the bard in nk at the well). don't have any sources on that though if anybody else can help out...

Hm.. nobles. I think they were initially named differently?

I think they were called body guards, but when I looked I could only find so much..

Pending update:

-nobles and isabella cellus will be on 6 min spawn timers
-npcs that were 22 min spawns in high hold keep will now be 18 min spawns.
