instant crash to login after server select

Windows 11
AMD7900xtx
AMD Ryzen 5 7600x 6 core processor
32gigs DDR5 ram

tried w/ windows 10 virtual machine.

run as admin
service pack 2 enabled

tried all trouble shootings outlined on site.

any advice?
