All players from British or Canadian IPs will have a -200% xp modifier to celebrate the 4th of July.

All American players will have a 247% xp modifier. 1% for each year of awesomeness.

Also, American players will have a unique audio file this weekend. The "Ding" audio file will be replaced with the choice of an Eagle Scream or an A10 Warthog BBBRRRRTTTTT.
