Quest Issue: Staff of the Observers

the named mob was removed after the velious release and the subsequent revamping of runnyeye. I have had a guildy camping this spawn for about 5 hours now have not seen him or his place holder, please check that Borxx is still a mob listed in the Runnyeye spawn.

He should still be there, he's just kinda hard to spawn.

ah, then perhaps i spoke too soon, is it actually the named or another eye that drops it... runnyeye right?

Borxx drops it, he's rare and wanders the entire zone. Get in touch with me in game and I'll tell ya how to spawn him.
