Is anyone else using Hughesnet or Satellite Internet here?

Hey guys-

Bugaman here, have a 50 Warrior. Some of you might remember me from like a year ago before I moved to this remote location when I was constantly playing with the folks from Gothic Circle, anyway after doing a massive amount of troubleshooting I've come to the conclusion that it must be my ISP that is not letting me connect to the server. So is anyone else using Hughesnet ISP and able to play on P99? Please let me know.

Also the error I get is Error 1017: "Patcher / Connectivity failure blah blah blah." I can't make it past Server selection but I sure can see all the servers, including P99 =*(**. Anyone out there that can help? I had no problems logging in back when I lived in the city and had comcast as my ISP, please help.
