A Clockwork Rogue Vendor is Missing Lockpicks
A clockwork rogue in the Ak'anon rogue guild (/loc 1184, -556, -53) does not sell lockpicks. He does however stock crumb-bum things like a rusty broadsword and patchwork boots; I believe his inventory should be of the standard vendor-rogue. Lockpicks are important in Ak'anon where they are used in tinkering to make Mechanized Lockpicks. One may also find lockpicks on two a clockwork merchants in the townhall (at the clock), but this is less intuitive than checking the rogue guild.
