NPC Spawn Issue: Mummy issues in South Ro (won't see you hide)

There is a mummy in South Ro againt which racial hide on a halfling is making it regard my character indifferently. I suggest this mummy is erroneously unflagged as undead.

here you can see a mummy being considered. It is skowls, until a succesful hide occurs, at which point it becomes indifferent. The character is directly in front of the mummy with no sneak / ivu / etc active.

The issue doesn't seem to replicate for other a mummy in the zone. Perhaps it is unique to the AC spawnlist mummy?
