Default Cassindra's Chorus of Clarity and singing mod

It was assumed, and posted on the wiki that Cassindra's Chorus of Clarity (CCC) was modified by the bard epic. This is not true, as the wiki also notes now:

However, looking at posts from 21 years ago, you can find quite a lot of references about both the AMP song and epic making this give more mana regen. Then when the song was updated to a buff effect, both the AMP song and Epic no longer boosted the mana regen. If true, this means that this song is not Era accurate right now.

This is a serious nerf to this line of spells. Level 32 Mana regen was, before today, scalable with instrument modifiers, and because it wasn't a tick based regen, you could twist it with other mana regen songs.

Unfortunately these songs were altered about a month ago so they now operate like the other regen songs. Non-stacking and unaffected by amp & epic (wrt mana portion).

which at least gives the HP regen, but totally ditches the
revised CCC, and since you can't amp it, loses amp effect and/or
epic singing boost effect.

Correct, the mana regen on 34 and 55 (and 58, 60, 62, and 64) is not increased by an instrument. Reports so far seem to indicate that 20 and 32 are no longer affected either.

All mana regen songs are uneffected by instruments (now).

Does this meet the criteria for a patch? Seems like a good amount of evidence supporting it.
