Default I got a new PC

I know I could have gotten a better deal online, but I like to support local biz, so I came into the computer store to get a pre-built one

I flagged down an employee and said I have no idea what I’m doing and

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

So the nice computer lady asked me what I needed it for and I said “listen, I’ve heard that there’s games called like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, where you can create fantasy and futuristic female characters with like whatever genitals you want. I’m looking for something where I can make a character with rocking huge tits and like a giant black dong. And maybe part robot. And I want that to be in as good as resolution as possible”

And she said “oook so you are taking about having good graphic-“

Me:”Chicks with dicks. Is what I’m saying”

Computer lady: “Chicks with dicks. Gotcha”

So she recommended something with like Raiden 7 AMD card. It only has 16mg of RAM but I can add more. And she said the graphics card is a few models behind but the main upgrade is mostly AI features and I told her listen lady. Anytime I hear that something has AI build in my next question is how do I disable it

So it was normally going to come out to like 1600, but they had an Open Box model that had moderate wear, I guess the last user kicked it down some stairs and returned it. But they said all I needed to do was tape the power cord in and it should stay on

AND I got it discounted from 1600 to 1200 because Open Box! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I’ll probably use my old LCD 46” TV as my monitor, assuming it has HDMI. My last pc was such a shitter it was using VGA lol

Pics of the specs taken from computer lady’s phone and my actual new PC! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

If it’s really that purple color in the pic, I’m going to name it Purple Passion

It'll run BG3 and Cyberpunk 2077 really good. WoW too.

You could also learn blender and render some really huge black cock in no time flat.

This is quite an endeavor to get things switched over. I’ve gone into all my sites for paying bills and posted my user name and passwords to a public IMGUR site folder so I can get them later on my new PC

I have attached pics of my ex girlfriends (after crying for a while to those) to an email and mailed them to myself so that I can keep those on new pc. I don’t really have any other pics I need to save, the rest are just mostly memes

The problem arises when I can’t follow the instructions given here to copy my p99 settings, like my screen layout, macros, and keybinds

People said to look for the charname_UI folder or the EQ.ini file and I can’t find either. I’m looking in the Sony/Everquest directory where the Titanium client is

Any help finding those would be appreciated. Just in case I ever decide to test out the sick new graphics on P99

Just copy the whole EQ directory over.

U may additionally need to futz with direct X and or dgvoodoo2 as well since it's a fresh OS.

Good luck and G-d speed.

I don’t have one of those sticks you can use to transfer files so I have been emailing them to myself and I think the EQ Directory is too big for that

I need to make a correction, in the Program Files (x86) / Sony / Everquest directory where the Titanium Launcher is, there is a file eqlsclient.ini

But there is no eqclient.ini file

Also no UI_Charactername…. Files

I even did a search of the entire EQ folder for both eqclient.ini and for my character name and it says no results for either [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Grats on the new demon box.

Don't play EQ anymore you have so many better options!

If you copied the folder search in file explorer for eqlog_ and grab your files out of that location.

I've always copied the SonyEQ folder from the Titanium discs and pasted it somewhere and renamed it. Maybe you did too.

That won't help if you never turned logs on though.

@Mag is there a different way to determine the folder he played from?

I have the titanium launcher on my desktop, when I right click and go to file it opens the Sony/Everquest directory

It seems to have the full game in there, but just missing the files you mentioned:

When I sort for “configuration file” as a type in the EverQuest directory, I get:

defaults.ini
eqlsclient.ini
Loginsettings.ini
sky.ini

And if I sort by filename, and then go to U, I get:

udk_chr.s3d
umbral.dat
umbral.s3d

And more stuff, but if there was a file beginning with UI, it would exist between Udk and Umbral (man my spell correct is fighting me on all this shit too typing it in my phone)

I also skimmed all the files in the directory and there’s nothing including my char names

Pretty sure nowadays they start with the servername. Search for blue. It was a new thing p99 did later on in the years. Not 100% tho. Have not been in those folders a long time. Maybe I'll look tomorrow.

Could be in a subfolder?
