2H dmg bonus's

can anyone confirm what the new damage bonuses of the 2H weapons are now?
at level 55 they all use to be 17, so what is the new damage bonus for weapons with delay < 27? i'm guessing 28-39 delay weapons will still be 17? and what were the 40+ delay weapons raised to?
