Try using a different program to mount the disc and see if the problem persists.

system_service_exemption normally is a harddrive issue, no? Do you have multiple drives in that laptop? Or is it a single drive?

edit: Where did you get the laptop from, as well?

edit 2: Try doing a chkdsk on the drive. See if there are any errors.

edit 3: Looks like some people are having issues with non-updated media card readers. Take out the SD card if there is one.

Make sure all of your device drivers are fully updated.

Any updates? What you can also do is go into the BIOS and actually disable the media card. But, you may need it later. You can also try and make sure EVERYTHING is updated.

edit: Were there multiple drives on the laptop? Or is it a single drive laptop?

nothing came up as a problem when I ran the chkdsk and it is a single drive laptop. I can post the mini dump from the blue screen if you tell me how to do it lol.

Are all your drivers updated? It just happens when you try and mount the file? Have you tried using a USB?
