Default Camp Rules? (no grey area)

I would think that a post on this topic exists but I cant find it if anyone could link to me.

Basically I'm looking for a black and white, no bullshit list of rules regarding camps.
for example,
a) what is the definition of a camp
b) what constitutes stealing from a camp
c) what are the conditions for "claiming" a camp
d) are there lvl requirements (for example can a lvl 50 come in and camp an entire low lvl zone and anyone who tries to kill a mob is KSing him?)
e) if you go LD do you still have a claim to a camp?
f) what if there are 4 mobs in a camp and a person can only kill 3 of them, but every 4th rotation he can kill the 4th one, does he have claim to that 4th mob the whole time?
g) etc.

I'm looking for strict guidelines that I could cite to others in case there was ever a dispute. I've heard things that contradict each other, for example some poeple say you have 30 minutes to reclaim a camp if you go LD. Some people say as long as you tag a mob first it belongs to you (if that's the case then that means camps don't exist)

I hope there is a detailed post outlining these things but if there isn't I'd like to know where to get those official answers

(if you just say no a lvl 50 can't camp the entire crushbone zone that doesn't help me. if the rules of a camp say you can camp what you can hold then how come he can't? if there is a lvl limit then what is that lvl limite, is it relative to the highest mob in the zone? can he camp some of the zone but not the whole zone? if so what are the limitations on this?)
