Default Corrupt Qeynos Guards

I know of a High Elf follower of Tunare and a Halfling follower of Karana that is KoS to the Corrupt Qeynos Guards. These two characters are new and just started out over there( they were made and i helped get them over there). Needless to say their lvling experience hasn't been as pleasant as I told them it would be. I dont recall ever starting out KoS to the Corrupt guard.

I've seen this post and and was wondering if these were bugged too or is it working as intended? http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...+qeynos+guards

Are you sure? Because I had a high elf paladin of Tunare created lvl 1 and summoned over to the PvP event just the other day and afterwards ran all around Qeynos banking/training, checking /cons with the two different cleric guilds, etc. and dont remember the guards being KOS. (p.s. it really helps if you specify class too)

On Al'kabor,

High Elf Paladin: Dubious to Lt. Dagarok

Halfling Druid: Dubious to Lt. Dagarok

Just seen a Halfling cleric running like mad with guards after him.The High Elf is a enchanter and the Halfling is a druid. Here is a short list of the guards, Guard Jerith , Simkin,Perin,Urisus and Tyrak. There are more guards I havnt listed. On a side note there are two guard Simkin's.

I just verified the issue myslef, I ran a lvl 26 high elf cleric (Tunare) to Qeynos.
The cleric is kos to all the corrupt guards. I"m sure this in not intended.
This happened on blue server not red, perhaps there a conflict between the two?
