Hope not. He wasn't part of the classic package, and there's really no reason to grant a random rogue on the server a weapon that's pretty much the best in the game until epic comes in two years later. That shit was marginally acceptable on blue99. On a PvP server? No thanks.

Mayong was intended but later removed. Manastone was intended but later removed.
He was in the game for 44 days according to Nilbog.

They aren't screwed for weapons. They're a lot better off than many other classes in that regard. Rogues have 99 problems, but the weapon ain't one.

The problem with Mayong was that his script was being completely changed at random so guilds were fighting vastly different versions of the mob, which led to drama and arbitrary awarding of the best rogue dagger until Kunark.

In the brief time he was on P99 he summoned lots of adds, summoned some adds, lifetapped, deathtouched, and/or had phara dar ae.

It was a weird custom content style mob that had no place on p99 really (I liked the idea of having a super hard raid mob with limited availability, but the implementation was terrible). The drama over those daggers was golden, though.
