Miscellaneous: N.Ro Guards not assisting

I don't know if this is specific to the PvP server or not, so I thought I would post this. I looked through the pages, saw nothing prior to this (which surprised me).

The N.Ro Guards are not attacking Desert Tarantulas for any reason. The spider can sit right in front of them and they simply will not touch it. This was tried twice, both times the guards kinda just drooled and stared.

Working as intended? Classic?

If this has already been posted, then sorry in advance. As I said, I searched through the pages and saw nothing.
