pvp flagging not activating when attacked by lower level players.
a few times now ive been attacked by folks who were outside of my range, their spells are giving resistance messages (not "you are protected") and i am still unable to counter attack as they are protected.
you also may consider adding memory blur to the activating spell/action list, we almost lost an ancient cyclops to a low level enchanter memory blurring it and getting credit for the kill. | ||

The flagging thing has been pointed out and i believe they are aware of it. Rogean mentioned he would look over the code again.
