Issue has to do with the game being Full Screen. Run Duxa's, seleciton option (6) to change resolution (or do it manually)... to set it to windowed.. run the game log in... log out properly (/camp). Then run option (6) again to set it back to Full Screen (if you wish)...

Id recommend running it as Windowed and slightly below your monitor's max.. so if your monitor is 1920x1080 then run it at 1900x1000 or if your monitor is 1650x1080 then run it at 1600x1000 etc...

all those options are part of Duxa's so you can use that. This not only resolves multiple issues that stem from running EQ in Full Screen on modern systems.. but also allows you to easily alt-tab.
