Miscellaneous: mod rod & items poofing

I was raiding in fear and at the same time i took a mod rod out of my bag and put it in top inv (bag on cursor) to right click it, a magician gave me a new mod rod and I ended up with a rod in my top inv and a rod on my cursor. There was some kind of error message in red text when i tried to move the rod, and my box of abu-kar simply disappeared. I did petition this, but since they are used in raids so frequently perhaps this bug can be addressed.

This has nothing to do with mod rods but it is more to do with trading with players. I forget what the bug is exactly, but I used to be able to replicate it. It pretty much comes down to the client thinking one thing when really the server says another thing. And the only way to save your items without losing anything is to log-off immediatley and everything will show up fine when you log back in. If you start clicking around you will lose items.
