Exclamation Lower Guk

Anyone else notice that some, if not all the casters dont usually cast spells offensively? I'll see them buff, maybe cast one spell on an encounter and just melee the rest of the fight.

They're probably out of mana from buffing, bud.

?

I know on deadside the ghoul wizzies nuke your fukin brains out, along with a high number of AoE spells if you got friends around.

and the named casters use they full arsenal as well.

Occasionally i've noticed a wiz just melee it out, but rare.

Mostly on the way in deadside, the lower ones are what I've noticed.

Wizard mobs will go oom from buffing Skin, Shielding, and OKiels over and over. Of course, they don't start oom so if the mob is freshly spawned, it will have mana to nuke the shit out of you. While if the mob has been up for some time, it will be oom. It's a trade-off for caster mobs being (presumably) supercharged here and casting level-appropriate spells rather than casting lower level spells, like on live.
