Merchants: Tumpy Tonics for Trueshot Longbow

Alright so I was able to fix my earlier bug report, but now I have another. When I attempted the Trueshot Longbow combine my planning tool disappeared both times when I failed. I remember the planning toll functioning like pie tins, wherein it will reappear on your cursor upon success or failure.

Updated with a new issue, not sure how I can fix the post name in the thread folder.

Just tried with a success and a failure. Got the planing tool back both times. I'd say this is resolved.
