half elf bard question

how the piss can i start in gfay as a half elf bard? tried worshipping tunare and i get sent straight to qeynos...what gives bros?

See the right side of your character creation screen while you're choosing a diety/name? There's a list of cities, you can start in FP, Qeynos, or Kelethin as a half elf bard, regardless of religion.
