Miscellaneous: weird light blue con bug?

i was leveling at a goblin camp in misty, at level 8 some of them were green and some were blue, i was stood in the middle of the camp when i leveled to 9 and all the greens turned light blue and attacked me at once [You must be logged in to view images. I saw this too (on the pvp beta server). large spiders in nektolous were green at 6 and 7, then when u get 8 or 9 or something they become light blue, and start to give exp again and if the mobs are kos, start attacking on sight again.

I can confirm this, some greens will con LB once you level up, I've only noticed this at level 9 but for all I know it could happen at other levels. It doesn't make a lot of sense, not sure if it's classic or not.
