Default Screwy graphics

So I went ahead and went through every thread in here and surprised this didn't happen already... makes me kinda think it's just my comp being sucky.

In october when I first installed, oasis of marr ground was all screwy. It was just a bunch of scattered graphics. As was the character select screen with my character standing where he should be.

I reinstalled and resetup and it was fine.

'Til I had to reinstall again, now I got screwy graphics again. All current zones are fine as far as I can tell... except I can't see most water surfaces. The character select screen also reverted to its jumble of graphics.

Also, I went ahead and hacked the server and have been frequenting the planes and equipping IB with PoP loot (aka these are screenshots of the lair of terris thule from another server).

I un- and reinstalled again and reset up with the most recent setup guide and nothing changed. Only thing I went ahead and did was save my UI files and put them back in, but I assume that wouldn't make a difference. Can live with this issue but just afraid something in kunark of velious will be all messy.
