It's still breaking the rules though, ain't it? In fact, doesn't it have an even bigger penalty than exploiting(which is kind of silly but nonetheless).

Actually yes, I hope the moral people in your guild such as Wolfram and Arzak step in and prevent people like that from re-entering your guild. It would give you a leg to stand on.
