Spell Thicken Mana

Hello.. i've been tailoring a lot and have been thinking of making a gnome enchanter just so i could make viscous mana with the spell thicken mana.

that is if the spell is in the game.


I checked highpass keep and wasn't able find the npc Krystalle Corsair (not sure if they are actually in the game or if they should be)



i'm not sure if there are brownie merchants that sell spells either.


If not i suppose the only way to get viscous mana made is through spell research?


anybody have any info to help?
