Quest Issue: Orc Picks

The quest Orc Picks in West Commonlands is not giving the correct faction hits. After turning in the four picks to Guard Valon, I receive a positive faction raise with FreeportMilitia, but the other three factions that should be hit by the quest appear to be unaffected (no faction message is displayed). I have turned in a few sets of four over the past couple days with the same result.

The faction hits should be:

Your faction standing with Coalition of Tradefolk Underground has gotten better.
Your faction standing with Freeport Militia has gotten better.
Your faction standing with Knights of Truth has gotten worse.
Your faction standing with Priests of Marr has gotten worse.

Fixed, pending update.

It was written correctly but perl comments were killing it :T
