selecting a server issue PLEASE HELP MEE

OMG this is sooo annyoing can people please help me out with this one?? nobody ever answers my questions when i post on forums but please jsut this once hear me out.

OK so whenever i logg in and the server selection screen comes up, i click on project 1999 server and then this damn window pops up saying stuff like " your IP has a temporarily block on it. Please try again" and it is sooooooooo annoying! Most of the time, thats the most common message that comes up and some times it says other things. I can hardly ever logg into the server and its really starting to bugg me [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I dont have everquest open in another window or anything but when i keep trying to select a server the IP block message comes up. soooo can someone PLEASE help me. its so annoying and i really want to fix it [You must be logged in to view images.
