I can log in!...to the character selection screen

And that is it, if I select one it registeres it but I never load into the game. Anyone else getting this?

It gets worse! I can log in now, but only if I make a new character and then, it says I'm zoning into the deep mines, but I pop up in the original starting spot and am in game. But when I try to log onto my main, nothing. Am I at the point of seeking support or should I just let it sit for a day? Thanks

This sounds like an installation problem...

Try installing it with Duxa's installer:
