lvl 34-45 peeps

i havnt played on my blue char in awhile, and wondering how is the lvl population from 34-45? if i do play my ranger i usally solo for a hour or two a few times durring the week, and i know i should be asking this next part in the guild section, but any good guilds out there that is mainly filled with peeps in the lvl 20-40 range?
