Status of pet/charm exp?

Was looking through the forums but couldn't find anything definitive. What is the state of pet/charm exp at the moment?

Pet does 50% or more of the damage and you get 50% of the exp?
Do you still need to do 1 dmg to even get 50% of the exp, or can you just not even hit the mob and still get 50%?
Does grouping w/ someone in another zone let you get full exp? (not allowed?)

Thanks anyone that knows. Asked in game but no one seems to know, lol.

Yes.

Not sure about this one, I don't play any classes with pets powerful enough to kill mobs all on their own.

No, this was fixed.

I think (may be wrong) that the pet takes 75% of the XP and leaves you with only 25% if you do not outdamage it.

if the pet does all the damage you still receive this split (you do not need to do a point).

With charmed pets, if you break charm and kill your charmed pet first you will get full XP on your pet and on the mob you were fighting (I may be backwards here, been awhile since I charmed after the initial patch - you may have to break charm, kill mob and then kill your pet).

Charm mob A. Let it get beaten to 5%. Invis. Kill last 5%. Get full exp. Perhaps kill mob that beat up your pet too.

Repeat.
