NPC Spawn Issue: Which Mobs Respawn on 2nd Server Set and Which Don't

while i don't know the criteria for respawns, here is what i know...

dartain the lost (36 hour fixed repop) DID respawn, and with different loot i might add [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

drusila sathir (24 hour fixed repop?) did NOT respawn [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

solB firegiants (8 hour fixed repop) did not respawn? - i didn't track these myself, but was told they were not up

i'm not 100% sure that DS is a fixed 24 hour repop, but if she is, I don't get why she didn't respawn. just pointing out these semi-facts regarding repops and how i think they are inconsitant. thanks

NPCs do not repop due to the server restarting. We often respawn raid targets after a patch, but there is no automated process (yet).

FG's do respawn 8 hours confirmed stayed in solb for last 4 days. (since patch) and were respawning
