Scammer auricon allowed to play again?

And didn't have his item he scammed *fungi* taken from him. So from what it seems if you scam someone from an item you take a 1 month suspension but get to keep the item I might have to try this later tonight!

Lol took GM 37 days to decide that since I traded it to him first it was my fault and awarded him the item that was a little over a month ago moron

Auricon recently screwed me over too, KSed my Ancient Cyclops, looted the ring, then sold the MQ. The GM was friendly and prompt considering that it was a Sunday afternoon, however he informed me that although he did steal my kill, because the item had been traded he couldn't really help me other than to punish Auricon. Still seeing him in game though.
