NPC Spawn Issue: Tottering gorillas in EJ too healthy?

They seemed like they had about twice as many hit points as they should.
Elrossi bloodpetals seemed rather hard to kill too.

I would have expected them to have about 1800 hp at that level, so I guess they are just unusually tough.
